About 5 years ago I met a neighbor at her yard sale. I mentioned I had fibromyalgia and she said she'd had it for 20 years. She mentioned that she always felt better when she remembered to take her liquid vitamins. She mentioned it boosted her energy.
I had never really thought about liquid vitamins versus normal tablets, but her comments made me want to learn more...so I researched on the internet. In my reading someplace mentioned that often when you take food in tablets that they don't always dissolve completely before passing out of our bodies. That makes sense.
Also I read that it's best to get your vitamins from whole foods, instead of synthetic vitamins, as your body can utilize natural, God made foods better. This makes sense.
And lastly, I imagine if your whole food vitamins are organic, then that's even better, as you won't get any toxins from pesticides and all.
I started looking at the liquid vitamins available where I lived and comparing the prices, ingredients, etc. I've tried a few kinds, but have stuck with the cheapest brand I found (Alive), even though they're not organic. It has been awhile since I researched liquid, whole food vitamins and there may be new products that I need to discover.
These are the vitamins I've been using...
